Often we may ask ourselves which is more important: spending time with the kids or working more? The truth is that it doesn't really matter what we do as long as we are in a state that doesn't allow us to really enjoy the time and experience an inner sense of fulfillment.

Anyone who is in an emotional inner state of joy, fulfillment, gratitude and well-being can confirm that suddenly everything makes sense, the best ideas come, you not only have a positive influence on your own life, but also that of others and live fulfilled lives. Without this inner state, there is no point in making more money or just "hanging out" with anyone we care about without actually being able to give something of value .

How do we do that? Actually, it's just a decision. A decision that we only make towards ourselves: I decide for an inner state full of fulfillment, gratitude, joy and well-being - or whatever is particularly important for each of us.

Of course we will still feel frustrated, angry, unmotivated, sad, anxious or stressed from time to time, but the question is: for how long? How quickly can we get from this state back into the one we have decided for?

Even small children can do this exercise extremely well - they are usually much faster than adults. We invite everyone to join this exercise and experience for themselves the power of the choices we make for our own lives and those of future generations!
