Game idea: Song painter

Age: From 4 years

 

Players: 1 adult and at least 1 child

What do you need?
The song book from the xylophone set or from the 16-piece rhythm set, a piece of paper and colored pencils

How is it played?

Choose a song from the songbook and ask the accompanying adult to read or sing the song to you. Then try to sing the song together, ideally you make music together or clap, drum or rattle along with the rhythm.

Then draw a picture of it!

You can draw yourself into the scene, you can also draw some notes along with it, or just whatever you imagine about the theme of the song! Have fun painting!
